It is a humanitarian WAKF according to the legislative registration no. (171/156). It has been founded on 1423 H or 2003 Millennium in the Lebanese Republic. Its main branch is located in the municipality of Beirut. This foundation, with the help of God, has been established to lend a hand to the poor and deprived people, to the orphans, widows and disabled persons, in the Palestinians camps and assemblages. Its aim is to support these people morally and financially. It also aids the underprivileged Lebanese families. The running of this WAKF is set according to a special list and in compliance with the public regulations of the charitable WAKF.
