As the immigration of refugees get longer being away from their land, as the suffer of the over born and down trodden people get longer too. The tragedy become deep laying it's heaviness on the shoulder of the poor family, suffering patient, incapable handicapped and the down trodden orphan who has lost the affectionate and compassionate hand that survey his tears. This tragedy is not bounded just in materialistic side but it branches to include the social, educational sanitarily and environmental side and also the water and the electricity as well. The disaster and crisis increase with the increase in the need and demand of the orphans and the poor people from those charitable people, and here the role as the HUMANITRIAN RELEF become larger and the role of the bail section too. For this, the roles of this section get larger and vary.  It includes all the aged cases in illness and poverty. This caring is not just financial but also educational, social and occupational.
